New Park/Secondary Brake For Severe On/Off Road Applications
Carlisle Industrial Brake & Friction introduces a new mechanically actuated, sliding caliper brake designed for parking, secondary, and industrial applications. Model RT 7000 is made from high strength ductile iron and features a stay-clean sealed design that is ideal for harsh environments. The brake offers quick-change non-asbestos organic or sintered metallic linings and provides superior fade characteristics when compared to drum brakes, especially in emergency situations.
This new RT brake was designed to replace in-line drum brakes that experienced problems due to dirt and debris accumulation. The brake has been engineered to fulfill the challenging park and emergency stopping requirements of military, construction, underground mining, agricultural and on/off highway vehicles that are subjected to severe environments.
The RT 7000 is a lever-actuated brake that uses a ball ramp assembly to advance the brake pads towards the disc. The brake has a disc thickness range of 0.38 to 0.44 inches and a disc diameter range of 10 to 25 inches.
Carlisle’s brake system products include hydraulic disc brakes for service and park brake applications, mechanical park brakes, full circle brakes, motor brakes, hydraulic brake valves, and hydraulic/electric trailer brake actuators. The company produces friction products for such varied applications as on- and off-highway vehicles, industrial equipment, lawn and garden equipment, and consumer appliances.

1000 Pocket Tire Plugger
Ideally all tubeless tires should be repaired from the inside/out. The new Stop & Go Pocket Tire Plugger allows you to make an on the spot - on the wheel repair.
The unique mushroom shape of these rubber plugs seal off the puncture on the inner wall while the stem expands under pressure to completely fill the hole. A simple turn of the Allen Wrench inserted in the Plugger pushes the plug thru the Nozzle and into the tire.
Fifteen Plugs are supplied along with a Probe Tool, Rasp, Retractable Blade, and laminated Instructions. The vinyl zippered pouch measures only 7.5" x 3" x 1" which makes it extremely portable. In any work or play environment this unit takes tire repair technology to a whole new level of efficiency. It will prevent being stranded and minimize downtime.

New Product for Handling and Transferring Heavy Payloads
Arlington Mobil Plus has announced a new powered mobile transporter - handler developed to lift, and place payloads, preventing accidents and injuries associated with these activities: the Mobile Ergonomic Handler.
This battery electric powered unit includes a vacuum pick and place system mounted on a multi axis hydraulically operated boom. The standard vacuum lift deck includes six point suction lift and is adjustable to accommodate a variety of payloads.
The heavy duty industrial three-wheeled chassis provides maneuverability to enable operation in confined areas including narrow isles, offices, passenger elevators, etc. The control station is intuitive, easy to operate and designed to minimize operator error. A backup system maintains vacuum to the lift deck, if power is lost preventing dropping or slippage. The lift system is safety interlocked to prevent operation until the traction drive is turned off and the service brake is set.
Unlike fork lifts the MEH can pick and place individual boxes, containers, and materials directly, without the requirement to be skidded or palletized. MEH vehicles are versatile and are used in construction to install heavy windows, sheet rock, etc.
A companion trailer is available to accommodate transporting payloads longer distances. Applying MEH vehicles to warehouse-distribution centers, stores, manufacturing and constriction environments will reduce ergonomic – related injuries and workman compensation claims. MEH will improve worker productivity and improve the efficiency of entire facilities reliant on material handling and transfer.
